Some recent DIY short films, quick and cheap, that I shot and edited:

Terrible Things
This hybrid silent docu-horror film is a collaboration with my cousin Bob Foushee, a developmentally-disabled adult in his 60's. Every Halloween Bob dresses up as Dracula and has always wanted to be in a vampire movie. Bob provided the text and I shot on the 7D and edited. Inspired by Murnau's Nosferatu of 1929. Music: Sonata for Solo Cello Opus 8 (1915) by Zoltan Kodaly. This piece will be seen at The Parlour, a gallery in Bushwick, Brooklyn, in 2012.

Anders Goldfarb: Buildings As Buildings
A short documentary about my friend Anders Goldfarb, who has been photographing my neighborhood of Williamsburg/Greenpoint, Brooklyn, for over 25 years. A little film about art and why we make it. Premiering at the Bursa Interational Festival of Film and Photography in Bursa, Turkey, 2012.
